Many of us wonder why Mitt Romney lost the election ... As each state reports their final election details, the evidence of voter fraud is astounding. Massive voter fraud is being reported in areas of
OH and FL, with PA, WI and VA all deploying personnel to investigate election results. For starters, here are just a few examples of what has surfaced with much more to come.
In 59 voting districts in the Philadelphia region, Obama received 100% of the votes with not even a single vote recorded for Romney. (a mathematical and statistical impossibility - see below) *
In 21 districts in Wood County Ohio, Obama received 100% of the votes where GOP inspectors
were illegally removed from their polling locations - and not one single vote was recorded for Romney. (a statistical impossibility - see below) *
In Wood County Ohio,106,258 voters were registered to vote in a county with only 98,213
eligible voters. *
In St. Lucie County, FL, there were 175,574 registered eligible voters but 247,713 votes cast. *
The National SEAL Museum, a polling location in St. Lucie County, FL had a 158% voter turnout - the highest voter overage in the entire country - second was Palm Beach County, FL with a 141% voter turnout overage.*
In Ohio County, Obama won by 108% of the total number of eligible voters.
NOTE: Obama won in every state that DID NOT require a Photo ID and lost in every state that DID require a Photo ID in order to vote.
The University of Colorado Department of Political Science Electoral Vote projection is THE most accurate presidential election model in our history. They were the ONLY source that correctly called the 1980 Reagan/Carter results. They have correctly modeled EVERY presidential election since
with their projected electoral totals never off by more than 1%.Their method is NOT a standard
political poll process. They include complex algorithms that includes key economic, employment
and social measures. They build their models state by state to assure sufficient granularity for top accuracy. It is mathematically possible that statistical error could cause them to incorrectly project ONE state. But it is mathematically impossible for them to incorrectly project more than one. Their 2012 model projected Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia for the Romney/Ryan ticket. The results reported by those secretaries of state were different. Add to this the survey data showing the Democrat ticket losing support from 2008 among Blacks, Jews, Catholics and Independents,
and the results reported for the above-named states are mathematically impossible.

EPA Rejects Governors’ Plea Over Ethanol
The governors of seven drought-afflicted states petitioned the Environmental Protection Agency, asking for a suspension of rules requiring refiners to blend biofuel — mostly ethanol — into the nation’s gasoline supply.
The governors of Georgia, Texas, Arkansas, North Carolina, Maryland, New Mexico, and Delaware contended that the renewable fuel standard (RFS) program requiring the use of biofuel, combined with the worst drought in 40 years, had pushed corn prices to record highs and harmed the states’ meat and dairy producers, who use corn as an animal feed.
On Friday, Nov. 16, the Obama administration’s EPA turned down the petition.
This year about 4.7 billion bushels, or 40 percent of the nation’s corn crop, will be used for ethanol production, and ethanol production is set to increase next year.
The Clean Air Act authorizes EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson to waive the RFS targets for ethanol production for one year if the requirements would “severely harm” the economy of a state or the nation as a whole, which the governors claimed they do.
Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe’s petition to the EPA stated that “virtually all of Arkansas is suffering from severe, extreme, or exceptional drought conditions,” and rising corn prices are “having a severe economic impact” on the state’s livestock producers.
“While the drought may have triggered the price spike in corn,” the fuel standards exacerbated the problem — the policy boosted corn prices 193 percent since 2005.
He also asserted that livestock producers hit hard by rising corn prices “represent nearly half” of the state’s farm sales.
“However, the EPA stacked the decks against petitioners, establishing a burden of proof that was virtually impossible to meet,” according to Mario Lewis, a senior fellow in energy and environmental policy at the Competitive Enterprise Institute.
In an article on National Review Online, Lewis explained that the EPA in essence required the petitioners to show that the biofuel requirement was entirely responsible for the harm and not merely a contributing factor, and that waiving the requirement would “remedy” the hardship facing livestock producers.
“These criteria are ridiculous,” Lewis declared.
“The Clean Air Act does not require the EPA to don analytical blinkers and ignore other factors that, in combination with the RFS, cause severe harm, nor does it say that any waiver granted must be a silver bullet.”
But he adds: “This cloud may yet have a silver lining. Jackson’s rejection of the waiver petitions exposes the RFS program as an arbitrary, inflexible system that provides corporate welfare to corn farmers at the expense of livestock producers, consumers, and hungry people in developing countries.”
Administrator Jackson was designated for the post by President-elect Obama in December 2008, and she was confirmed by the Senate in January 2009.
Lewis observes: “The EPA’s decision may very well build support for RFS reform — or repeal.”

Black Friday Gun Sales Set New Record
Gun sales on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, hit an all-time record as buyers stocked up on weapons ahead of any new gun control laws following President Obama’s re-election.
The demand for firearms was so great that it caused outages at the FBI background check centers.
The FBI fielded 154,873 background check requests, up from 129,166 calls on Black Friday 2011 and 97,848 calls in 2008.
The FBI call centers fielding required buyer background check requests experienced an 18-minute outage and another one for 14 minutes on Black Friday, Nov. 23, according to bureau spokesman Stephen Fischer.
The FBI doesn’t track actual gun sales, but the number of weapons sold is surely higher than the number of requests because multiple firearms can be included in one purchase by a single buyer.
Dealers attributed the surge in sales in part to concerns that lawmakers in President Obama’s second term could impose stricter gun laws, USA Today reported.
“With the recent election, some people are making buying decisions just in case something happens,” Don Gallardo, manager of Shooter’s World in Phoenix, told USA Today, referring to the possibility of tighter gun controls.
President Obama has indicated that he would pursue an assault weapons ban. According to Infowars.com, he also told gun control activist Sarah Brady last year that he was working “under the radar” on new gun controls, and Brady said Obama assured her gun control was “very much on his agenda.”

Inhofe: EPA 'punting' regs until after election that 'spell doom'
for jobs, economy

Republican Sen. James Inhofe says the Environmental Protection Agency has delayed action or “punted” on numerous regulations while President Obama tries to “earns votes” for a second term.
The Oklahoma senator and ranking Republican on the chamber’s Committee on Environment and Public Works has released a report stating that when the agency approves the roughly one dozen regulations next year in 2013, they will “spell doom” for jobs and economic growth.“
The Obama-EPA plans to move full speed ahead to implement this agenda if President Obama wins a second term,” Inhofe writes. “These rules taken together will inevitably result in the elimination of millions of American jobs, drive up the price of gas at the pump even more, impose construction bans on local communities and essentially shut down American oil, natural gas and coal production.”
The 14-page report cites pending regulations on a wide range of environmental-economic issues including those on power plant emissions and hydraulic fracturing.The report concluded that pending overall regulations on greenhouse gases if enacted would cost $300 billion to $400 billion annual and significantly increase the price of gasoline and home heating.
“The requirements are so strict they virtually eliminate coal as a fuel option for future electric power generation,” the report states. “In a thinly veiled political move, the agency has put off finalizing the proposal until after the election.”The EPA has long been a target of Republicans lawmakers and other fiscal conservative who think the agency has overstepped its authority.The issue has re-emerged this election cycle with Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney.Obama's campaign referred a request for comment to the administration. But the campaign staffer said earlier this month the president has doubled fuel-efficiency standards so cars and trucks “will go farther on a gallon of gas, helped double our production of job-creating clean wind and solar energies and has championed an all-of-the-above American energy strategy."He also argued the administration has opened millions of federal acres to oil and gas development, oil production is now at 14-year high, natural gas production is at an all-time high and the country is less dependent on foreign oil than at any time in two decades – arguments Obama made in the Oct. 17 presidential debate.The report also singles out pending federal regulations on such issues as farm dust, air quality, coal ash and water-quality in Florida.
The ozone standard if enacted would cost at least $90 billion annually and would eliminate 7.4 million jobs, the report states, citing federal analysis.The report, citing published news reports, states the Obama administration several years ago agreed to set “first-ever” federal limits on runoff in Florida, but environmental groups are still waiting for a final decision as the state is “expected to play a critical role in the outcome” of the election.The EPA proposed new guidance document for waters covered by the Clean Water Act, proposed in April 2011, reinterprets recent Supreme Court decisions to allow the agency to expand federal control over virtually every body of water in the United States, no matter how small, the report also concludes.

Economist Caution: Prepare For ‘Massive Wealth Destruction’Last Updated October 15, 2012

That’s exactly what many well-respected economists, billionaires, and noted authors are telling you to do — experts such as Marc Faber, Peter Schiff, Donald Trump, and Robert Wiedemer. According to them, we are on the verge of another recession, and this one will be far worse than what we experienced during the last financial crisis.
Marc Faber, the noted Swiss economist and investor, has voiced his concerns for the U.S. economy numerous times during recent media appearances, stating, “I think somewhere down the line we will have a massive wealth destruction. I would say that well-to-do people may lose up to 50 percent of their total wealth.”
When he was asked what sort of odds he put on a global recession happening, the economist famous for his ominous predictions quickly answered . . . “100 percent.”
Faber points out that this bleak outlook stems directly from Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke’s policy decisions, and the continuous printing of new money, referred to as “quantitative easing” in the media.
Faber’s pessimism is matched by well-respected economist and investor Peter Schiff, the CEO of Euro Pacific Capital. Schiff remarks that the stock market collapse we experienced in 2008 “wasn’t the real crash. The real crash is coming.”
Schiff didn’t stop there. Most alarming is his belief that daily life will get dramatically worse for U.S. citizens.
“If we keep doing this policy of stimulus and growing government, it’s just going to get worse for the average American. Our standard of living is going to fall . . . People who are expecting Social Security can’t get all that money. People expecting government pensions can’t get all their money . . . We simply can’t afford to pay them.”
Equally critical of the current government and our nation’s economy is real estate mogul and entrepreneur Donald Trump, who is warning that the United States could soon become a large-scale Spain or Greece, teetering on the edge of financial ruin.
Trump doesn’t hesitate to point out America’s unhealthy dependence on China. “When you’re not rich, you have to go out and borrow money. We’re borrowing from the Chinese and others.”
It is this massive debt that worries Trump the most.
“We are going up to $16 trillion [in debt] very soon, and it’s going to be a lot higher than that before he gets finished,” Trump says, referring to President Barack Obama. “When you have [debt] in the $21-$22 trillion [range], you are talking about a [credit] downgrade no matter how you cut it.”
In a recent appearance, Trump went to so far as to say the dollar is “going to hell.”
Where Trump, Faber, and Schiff see rising debt, a falling dollar, and a plunging stock market, investment adviser and author Robert Wiedemer sees much more widespread economic destruction.
In a recent interview to talk about his New York Times best-seller Aftershock, Wiedemer says, “The data is clear, 50 percent unemployment, a 90 percent stock market drop, and 100 percent annual inflation… starting in 2013.”

As many of you know, the Washington Post and Newsweek have a reputation for being extremely liberal. The fact that their editors saw fit to print the following article about Obama and the one that appears in the latest Newsweek, makes this a truly amazing event, and a news story in and of itself. At last, the truth about our President and his agenda are starting to trickle through the
“protective wall” built around him by the liberal media.
I Too Have Become Disillusioned

Years from now, historians may regard the 2008 election of Barack Obama as an inscrutable and disturbing phenomenon, the result of a baffling breed of mass hysteria akin perhaps to the witch
craze of the Middle Ages. How, they will wonder, did a man so devoid of professional accomplishment beguile so many into thinking he could manage the world's largest economy, direct the world's most powerful military, execute the world's most consequential job?
Imagine a future historian examining Obama's pre-presidential life: ushered into and through the Ivy League, despite unremarkable grades and test scores along the way; a cushy non-job as a "community organizer;" a brief career as a state legislator devoid of legislative achievement (and in fact nearly devoid of his attention, so often did he vote "present"); and finally an unaccomplished single term in the United States Senate, the entirety of which was devoted to his presidential ambitions..
He left no academic legacy in academia, authored no signature legislation as a legislator. And then there is the matter of his troubling associations: the white-hating, America-loathing preacher
who for decades served as Obama's "spiritual mentor"; a real-life, actual terrorist who served as Obama's colleague and political sponsor. It is easy to imagine a future historian looking at it all
and asking: how on Earth was such a man elected president?
Not content to wait for history, the incomparable Norman Podhoretz addressed the question recently in the Wall Street Journal: To be sure, no white candidate who had close associations with an outspoken hater of America like Jeremiah Wright and an unrepentant terrorist like Bill Ayers, would have lasted a single day. But because Mr. Obama was black, and therefore entitled in the eyes of liberal Dom to have hung out with protesters against various American injustices, even if
they were a bit extreme, he was given a pass. Let that sink in: Obama was given a pass - held to a lower standard - because of the color of his skin.
Podhoretz continues: And in any case, what did such ancient history matter when he was also so articulate and elegant and (as he himself had said) "non-threatening," all of which gave him a fighting chance to become the first black president and thereby to lay the curse of racism to rest?
Podhoretz puts his finger, I think, on the animating pulse of the Obama phenomenon - affirmative action. Not in the legal sense, of course. But certainly in the motivating sentiment behind all
affirmative action laws and regulations, which are designed primarily to make white people, and especially white liberals, feel good about themselves.
Unfortunately, minorities often suffer so that whites can pat themselves on the back. Liberals routinely admit minorities to schools for which they are not qualified, yet take no responsibility for the
inevitable poor performance and high drop-out rates which follow. Liberals don't care if these minority students fail; liberals aren't around to witness the emotional devastation and deflated self-esteem
resulting from the racist policy that is affirmative action. Yes, racist. Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his skin - that's affirmative action in a nutshell, and if
that isn't racism, then nothing is.
And that is what America did to Obama. True, Obama himself was never troubled by his lack of achievements, but why would he be? As many have noted, Obama was told he was good enough for Columbia despite undistinguished grades at Occidental; he was told he was good enough for the US Senate despite a mediocre record in Illinois ; he was told he was good enough to be president despite no record at all in the Senate. All his life, every step of the way, Obama was told he was good enough for the next step, in spite of ample evidence to the contrary.
What could this breed if not the sort of empty narcissism on display every time Obama speaks? In 2008, many who agreed that he lacked executive qualifications nonetheless raved about Obama's oratory skills, intellect, and cool character. Those people - conservatives included - ought now to be deeply embarrassed.
The man thinks and speaks in the hoariest of clichés, and that's when he has his Teleprompters in front of him; when the prompter is absent he can barely think or speak at all. Not one original idea has ever issued from his mouth - it's all warmed-over Marxism of the kind that has failed over and over again for 100 years.
And what about his character? Obama is constantly blaming anything and everything else for his troubles. Bush did it; it was bad luck; I inherited this mess.. Remember, he wanted the job, campaigned for the task. It is embarrassing to see a president so willing to advertise his own powerlessness, so comfortable with his own incompetence. But really, what were we to expect? The man has never been responsible for anything, so how do we expect him to act responsibly?
In short: our president is a small-minded man, with neither the temperament nor the intellect to handle his job. When you understand that, and only when you understand that, will the current erosion of
liberty and prosperity make sense. It could not have gone otherwise with such a man in the Oval Office.

What I notice with Obama's agenda is that he is intent on improving everyone else's quality of life. How about improving the life of the American people? Who elected him to take taxpayer money and give it away to people in other countries to make them dependent on the American worker? Has he not done enough damage to our economy? Enough!!!!

Obama continues to pump cash into Pakistani projects to ‘improve
quality of life’
Up to $300 million in additional federally funded infrastructure projects have been approved
by the Obama Administration across the republic—the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, that is.
Obama through the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) last week revealed
that the Pakistan Infrastructure Program Management Services program over the next five
years will dole out awards for various projects each valued in the $5-$50 million range.
Continuing a growing trend of excluding U.S. companies from competing for USAID contracts,
this infrastructure program explicitly limits awards to local—meaning Pakistani—firms.
According to documents that Patriot Update located via routine database research, USAID
justifies such limitations based on international objectives agreed upon in the Paris Declaration
of Aid Effectiveness. This declaration, which various nations agreed to at a 2005 forum in
France, supports the notion that aid donors should “promote the use of local and regional procurement.”USAID further noted in the current procurement notice that “local firms are best
able to deal with the security and other country-specific challenges in Pakistan.”The agency
chose three companies for consideration of these “indefinite quantity contracts,” or IQCs:
Lahore-based Echo West International Private Limited and Izhar Constructions Private Limited;
the Islamabad-based Qavi Engineers Private Limited; and the Karachi-based EA Consulting
Private Limited.The companies will provide a multitude of planning engineering, and
construction services for small- to large-scale energy and power, transportation, vertical
structures, water and sanitation, and water resources projects.
USAID in yet another recent procurement awarded $65 million contract aimed at improving
the Pakistani energy sector. Advanced Engineering Associates, Inc., of Cambridge, Maryland
will lead the USAID Energy Policy Program, which will provide advisement and direct support
to the Pakistani Ministry of Water and Power, the Planning Commission, and the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources.
The company among other tasks will assess the viability of proposed power transmission and generation infrastructure projects for which the Obama Administration is considering providing “support.” This would include the deployment of a liquefied natural gas advisor to assist
Pakistan “in importing LNG as a short-term solution to add power to the grid.”
The agency also awarded a $60 million contract to the Washington, D.C.-based International Resources Group separately to carry out the agency’s Power Distribution Program in Pakistan.
IRG, an affiliate of contracting behemoth L-3, will help improve the performance of Government
of Pakistan-owned power companies.
The goals of these and other power-sector reforms include heightened operational efficiency
and enhanced creditworthiness, both of which USAID says are aimed at increasing “public
and private investment in the entire power system, raising the competitiveness of the economy
and improving the quality of life for the population. “

Home sales tax effective January 1, 2013
Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it?
That's $3,800 on a $100,000 home, $15,200 tax on a $400,000 home, etc. When did this
happen? It's in the health care bill, -- and it goes into effect in 2013 so that it doesn't come
to light in the 2012 elections? So,is this the change that Obama was talking about ? Under
the new health care bill all real estate transactions will be subject to a 3.8% sales tax if you
sell. This bill is set to screw the retiring generation, -- who often downsize their homes.
Oh, you weren't aware that this was in the Obama Health Care bill? Guess what? you aren't
alone! There are more than a few members of Congress that weren't aware of it either. You

The National Association of Realtors is not pleased with this new tax and hopes this
information is forwarded to every voter prior to the election in November. It doesn't matter
which side of the political fence you sit on - it will affect ALL of us. When does your home
become part of your health care? After 2012! Your vote counts big time in 2012!

this and working to get it repealed, --before it takes effect. But, I am very pleased we aren't

3.8% Medicare tax on unearned income of “high-income” taxpayers which could apply to
proceeds from the sale of single family homes, townhouses, co-ops, condominiums, and
even rental income, depending on your individual circumstances and any capital gains tax
exclusions. Importantly, the “high income” thresholds are not indexed for inflation so will
reach increasing numbers of middle-class taxpayers over time.In February 2010, 5.02 million
homes were sold, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR). On any given day,
the sale of a house, townhome, condominium, co-op, or income from a rental property could
slam middle-income families with a new tax they can’t afford.This new ObamaCare tax is the
first time the government will apply a 3.8 percent tax on unearned income. This new tax on
home sales and unearned income and other Medicare taxes raise taxes more than $210 billion
to pay for ObamaCare. The National Association of Realtors called this new Medicare tax on unearned income “destructive” and “ill-advised” and warned it would hurt job creation.For

California is Obama’s Dream

I live in California . If you were wondering what living in Obama's second term would be like, wonder no longer. We in California are living there now.
California is a one-party state dominated by a virulent Democrat Left enabled by a complicit media where every agency of local, county, and state government is run by and for the public employee unions. The unemployment rate is 12%.
California has more folks on food stamps than any other state, has added so many benefits and higher rates to Medicaid that we call it "Medi-Cal." Our K-12 schools have more administrators than teachers, with smaller classes but lower test scores and higher dropout rates with twice the per-student budget of 15 years ago. Good job, Brownie.
This week, the once and current Gov. Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown had to confess that the "balanced" state budget adopted five months ago was billions in the red because actual tax revenues were billions lower than the airy-fairy revenue estimates on which the balance was predicated.
After trimming legislators' perks and reducing the number of cell phones provided to state civil servants, the governor intoned that drastic budget reductions had already hollowed out state programs for the needy, law enforcement and our schoolchildren. California government needed more money.
Echoing the Occupy movement, the governor proclaimed the rich must pay their fair share. Fair share? The top 1% of California income earners currently pays 50% of the state's income tax.
California has seven income tax brackets. The top income tax rate is 9.3%, which is slapped on the greedy rich earning at least $47,056 a year. Income of more than $1 million pays the "millionaires'
and billionaire'" surcharge tax rate of 10.3%. Brown's proposal would add 2% for income over $250,000. A million-dollar income would then be taxed at 12.3%. And that's just for the state.
Brown also proposed a one-half-cent sales tax increase, which would bring sales taxes (which vary by county) up to 7.75% to as much as 10%.
Both tax increases would be on the ballot in 2012. The sales tax increase proposal immediately brought howls of protest rom the Left (of Brown!). Charlie Eaton, a sociology grad student at
UC Berkeley and leader of the UC Student-Workers Union, said, "We've paid enough. It's time for millionaires to pay."
At least five other ballot measures to raise taxes are circulating for signatures to get on the 2012 ballot in California . The governor's proposals are the most conservative.
The Obama way doesn't end with taxes.
The governor and the state legislature continue to applaud the efforts of the California High Speed Rail Authority to build a train connecting Los Angeles and San Francisco . Even though the budget is three times the voter-approved amount and the first segment will only connect two small towns in the agricultural Central Valley . But hey, if we build it, they will ride. And we don't want to turn down the Obama bullet-train bucks Florida and other states rejected because the operating costs would bankrupt them.
Can't happen here because we're already insolvent!
If we get into real trouble with the train, we'll just bring in the Chinese. It worked with the Bay Bridge reconstruction. After the 1989 earthquake, the bridge connecting Oakland and San Francisco was rebuilt with steel made in China ; Workers from China too. Paid for with money borrowed from China . Makes perfect sense.
In California , we hate the evil, greedy rich (except the rich in Hollywood , in sports, and in drug dealing). But we love people who have broken into California to eat the bounty created by the productive rich.
Illegals get benefits from various generous welfare programs, free medical care, and free schools for their kids, including meals, and of course, instate tuition rates and scholarships too. Nothing's too good for our guests.
To erase even a hint of criticism of illegal immigration, the California Legislature is considering a unilateral state amnesty. Democrat State Assemblyman Felipe Fuentes has proposed an initiative
that would bar deportation of illegals from California.
Interesting dilemma for Obama there. If immigration is exclusively a federal matter, and Obama has sued four states for trying to enforce federal immigration laws he won't enforce, what will the
President do to a California law that exempts California from federal immigration law?
California is also near fulfilling the environmentalist dream of deindustrialization.
After driving out the old industrial base (auto and airplane assembly, for example, air and water regulators and tax policies are now driving out the high-tech, biotech and even Internet-based companies that were supposed to be California 's future.
The California cap-and-trade tax on business in the name of reducing CO2 makes our state the leader in wacky environmentalism and guarantees a further job exodus from the state. Even green energy companies can't do business in California . Solyndra went under, taking its $500,000,000 Obama taxpayer loan guarantee with it.
No job is too small to escape the regulators. The state has even banned weekend amateur gold miners from the historic gold mining streams in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. In fact, more and more of California 's public land is off-limits to recreation by the people who paid for that land. Unless you're illegal.
Then you can clear the land, set up marijuana plantations at will, bring in fertilizers that legal farmers can no longer use, exploit illegal farm workers who live in hovels with no running water or
sanitation, and protect your investment with armed illegals carrying guns no California citizen is allowed to own.
The rest of us only found out about these plantations when the workers' open campfire started one of those devastating fires that have killed hundreds of people and burned out thousands of homes in California over the last decade.
It's often said that whatever happens in California will soon happen in your state. You'd better hope that's wrong.

Although our friends in the U.S. Senate routinely dismiss common sense solutions to our
fiscal crisis, they have shown little resistance in considering an expensive 1,010-page farm
bill.
Dubbed the Agriculture Reform, Food and Jobs Act of 2012, this $969 billion monstrosity
speaks to exactly why the American people sent us to Washington: To stop the spending,
waste and corruption.
Only in Washington could this bill be considered fiscally responsible.
Despite the fact the Senate cosponsors claim this farm bill could save $23.6 billion over
the next decade, the actual 10-year cost of this bill dwarfs the 2008 farm bill at a
CBO-projected $604 billion. It does not take an economist to note that a 62% increase
in spending while we approach $16 trillion in debt is simply unsustainable.
In addition to its bloated numbers, this bill includes an endless parade of special interests.
Washington is picking winners and losers through a combination of price controls, import
restrictions, subsidies and cash payments; and it reeks of corporate welfare in an era of
record-high farm incomes and record-low debt ratios.
Loser Subsidies
Compounding these problems, the Senate has proposed a new crop insurance subsidy
known as "shallow loss" that effectively creates a 90% revenue guarantee. What other
industry gets a 90% revenue guarantee?
With that kind of safety net in place, it would not be hard to envision a scenario where
the system is abused. What incentive would farmers continue to have to work hard and
contribute to the food supply when their risk is removed and their profit ensured?
Moreover, a government safety net removes private competition from the marketplace
and with it any hope of fostering economic growth.
Government intervention in the mortgage industry, the real estate industry, in health care,
and in farming has sapped the ability of private enterprise to compete with a massive
organization that has millions of taxpayers to generate revenue from, not to mention the
freedom to take out unsustainable loans and print its own currency.
This administration has made a habit of doling out corporate social welfare, and robbing
our economy of the chance to heal. That said, the most egregious problems with the
farm bill have absolutely nothing to do with farming.
Eighty percent of farm bill spending goes to the Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program,
or food stamps.
And like most programs that have their roots in the New Deal and the Great Society,

Ripping the West in Two.
Author and lecturer Nonie Darwish says the goal of radical Islamists is to impose Shariah law on the world, ripping Western law and liberty in two.
She recently authored the book, Cruel and Usual Punishment: The Terrifying Global Implications of Islamic
Law.
Darwish was born in Cairo and spent her childhood in Egypt and Gaza before immigrating to America in 1978,
when she was eight years old. Her father died while leading covert attacks on Israel . He was a high-ranking
Egyptian military officer stationed with his family in Gaza .
When he died, he was considered a "shahid," a martyr for jihad. His posthumous status earned Nonie and her
family an elevated position in Muslim society. But Darwish developed a skeptical eye at an early age. She
questioned her own Muslim culture and upbringing.. She converted to Christianity after hearing a Christian
preacher on television.
In her latest book, Darwish warns about creeping shariah law - what it is, what it means, and how it is manifested in Islamic countries.
For the West, she says radical Islamists are working to impose sharia on the world. If that happens, Western civilization will be destroyed. Westerners generally assume all religions encourage a respect for the dignity of
each individual. Islamic law (Sharia) teaches that non-Muslims should be subjugated or killed in this world.
Peace and prosperity for one's children is not as important as assuring that Islamic law rules everywhere in the
Middle East and eventually in the world.
While Westerners tend to think that all religions encourage some form of the golden rule, Shariah teaches
two systems of ethics - one for Muslims and another for non-Muslims. Building on tribal practices of the
seventh century, Shariah encourages the side of humanity that wants to take from and subjugate others.
While Westerners tend to think in terms of religious people developing a personal understanding of and
relationship with God, Shariah advocates executing people who ask difficult questions that could be interpreted
as criticism.
It's hard to imagine, that in this day and age, Islamic scholars agree that those who criticize Islam or choose
to stop being Muslim should be executed. Sadly, while talk of an Islamic reformation is common and even
assumed by manyin the West, such murmurings in the Middle East are silenced through intimidation.
While Westerners are accustomed to an increase in religious tolerance over time, Darwish explains how petro
dollars are being used to grow an extremely intolerant form of political Islam in her native Egypt and elsewhere.

The San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters (ROV) office
will release the first election-night bulletin at approximately
40th congressional district, is seeking to remain in the
House despite last summer’s redistricting by persuading the
voters of the 39th congressional district to keep him there.
The 39th district includes Chino Hills.
Rep. Royce, who pushed local Congresssman Gary Miller out of
the race, faces opposition from Democrat Jay Chen, businessman
and school board member, and D’Marie Mulattieri, a community
volunteer who identifies herself as an independent.
No Republicans are running in the adjacent 35th congressional
district, which includes Chino. Can didates are Rep. Joe
Baca of Rialto and state Sen. Gloria Negrete McLeod of
Chino, both Democrats, and financial analyst Anthony W.
Vieyra of the Green Party.
Like all the races except presidential and party central
committee, the congressional district contests are not
considered partisan in this year’s first primary since
passage of Proposition 14 in 2010 created the “Top Two

No municipal or county offices in Chino Valley are on the
primary ballot.
Candidates for 29th state Senate district, which includes
Chino Hills, are: Democrat Greg Diamond, workers rights
attorney; and incumbent Sen. Robert Huff, a Republican.
In the 20th state Senate district, which includes Chino,
Sen. McLeod has two years remaining on her term.
Candidates for 52nd Assembly district, which includes Chino,
are: Paul Vincent Avila, Ontario-Montclair school board
member and Democrat; Republican Kenny Coble, contractor
and planning commissioner; Ray Moors, of Chino, restaurant
owner who has switched from Republican to Democrat; and
incumbent Democrat Norma Torres.
Candidates for 55th Assembly district, which includes Chino
Hills, are Democrat Gregg Fritchle, a Los Angeles County
social worker, and incumbent Republican Curt Hagman.
In the presidential and central committee races, only voters
who have chosen a political party preference may vote for
their party’s candidates, with the exception of the Democrat
and American Independent parties, which allow non-partisan
voters.
Registered Republicans will find on their ballots the names
of Newt Gingrich, Fred Karger, Ron Paul, Charles E. Roemer
III, Mitt Romney, and Rick Santorum.

In Blistering Dissent, Judge Mines Deep for Verbal Nuggets

“Here we go again,” Ninth Circuit Judge Milan Smith wrote at the beginning of a Friday
dissent in a mining case in which he joined prospectors, regulators, environmentalists
and a remote Indian tribe exasperated by fighting over the use of suction equipment
to mine the dregs of California’s gold rush.
The issue, which the Journal wrote about in this story, is a long-running tension between recreational miners who like to suck up river sediment looking for gold
and the government agencies that regulate them.Some federal and state agencies
have paved the way for a California moratorium on the practice to be lifted; others are
trying to keep the practice banned.
On Friday, an en banc majority opinion said the U.S. Forest Service improperly
approved recreational gold mining in some California rivers because it didn’t consult
with other agencies about endangered fish.
Judge Smith, and three judges who joined his dissent, were unimpressed.
He opened with an excerpt from Gulliver’s Travels accompanied by an illustration
of Gulliver bound by Lilliputians. He quoted too from Dante (“Abandon all hope, ye
who enter here”) and from the Journal’s April story, and wrote that the majority
decision is the latest in a series of Ninth Circuit environmental cases that “ undermine
the rule of law, and make poor Gulliver’s situation seem fortunate when compared to
the plight of those entangled in the ligatures of new rules created out of thin air by
such decisions.”
Perhaps most striking was the indictment of the Ninth Circuit in Mr. Smith’s closing.
“No legislature or regulatory agency would enact sweeping rules that create such
economic chaos, shutter entire industries, and cause thousands of people to lose
their jobs. That is because the legislative and executive branches are directly accountable
to the people through elections, and its members know they would be removed swiftly
from office were they to enact such rules,” he wrote.
“Unfortunately,” he added, “I believe the record is clear that our court has strayed with
lamentable frequency from its constitutionally limited role.”

Catholic Bishops reject Health Care mandate; Calling for protest, civil disobedience, to an "unjust law"
“The Constitution is not for Democrats or Republicans or Independents. It is for
all of us, and a great nonpartisan effort should be led by our elected representatives
CHICAGO, April 17, 2012— In an audacious rebuke to President Obama, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops threw down the gauntlet.
USCCB issued a “Statement on Religious Liberty”. The statement calls for the repeal of the contraception mandate put on employers by the Department of Health and Human Services. The statement makes it very clear this is not a Catholic, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, or other religious issue. It is an American issue. It is a demand for religious liberty guaranteed by
the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. The statement is a call for all
Americans, no matter their faith or position on issues, to preserve the guarantee of religious liberty.
The HHS mandate requires employers to provide coverage for contraception, abortifacient
and sterilization services. The mandate makes no exceptions for religious institutions and
their affiliated entities. The administration tried to reach an accommodation with the church.
The accommodation was a dishonest effort. It was merely rearranging some words.
The institutions would not have to pay for contraception et al, the insurance company would;
but the institutions must provide, pay or partially pay for the insurance that pays for… You
get the picture.
The bishops state emphatically this is an unjust law and unjust laws “must not be obeyed”.
They are including lay employers in their statement. Employers, who for reasons of faith or conscience, may not want to provide or pay for contraceptive, sterilization, or abortifacient services.
According to the bishops, there can be no accommodation made for an unjust law. An unjust
law “must not be obeyed”, not merely objected to.
This is a powerful statement. The bishops may be setting the stage for employers, religious
clergy, or even themselves to willingly go to jail over their beliefs.
They are calling for two weeks of action from June 21st to July 4th. Protest and civil
disobedience have not been discounted.
This document is not only concerned with the HHS mandate on contraception. The bishops
cite government assaults on religious liberties that discriminate and obstruct other religious activity:
- State immigration laws that run contrary to the long established religious sanctuary
tradition.
- Altering church structure and governance bills; government mandating how churches
should be legally structured and internally governed.
- Christian student organizations on-campus discrimination. Christian groups cannot
demand their leadership be Christians.
- Catholic foster care and adoption services being cut off from state aid and contracts;
states have cut off contracts due to the church’s refusal to accept gay and single parents
for adoptions and foster care.
- Discrimination against small denominations by municipalities; small religious sects are
the denied use (rental) of public facilities for services.
- Government discrimination against Catholic humanitarian services, especially for
Migration and Refugee Services in administering contract services for victims of human
trafficking. Mandated birth control and abortion provisions.
The bishops assert that religious liberty is not just the right to worship freely as one chooses. There is a duty and obligation to make contributions to humanity based upon whatever faith
is practiced without compromising the tenets of faith, morals, conscience, or values.
“Religious believers are part of American civil society, which includes neighbors helping
each other, community associations, fraternal service clubs, sports leagues, and youth
groups.
All these Americans make their contribution to our common life, and they do not need
the permission of the government to do so. Restrictions on religious liberty are an attack
on civil society and the American genius for voluntary associations.”
If President Obama and Kathleen Sebelius are doubling down on the health care mandates,
the Catholic bishops are tripling down on the administration.
Make no mistake; this document is no screed, no Tea Party style manifesto. It is no
populist pandering statement to arouse passions. It is an eloquently written, well thought
out, and researched document.
The statement of the bishops is not a new idea. During the early part of the last century a
so-called “robber baron” posited if the companies on the Dow Jones Average, the largest companies in the country at that time, decided that a law or regulation was unjust or
illegitimate and decided not to obey it, the law would be impossible to enforce. It would
have to be repealed*.
What if large numbers of major and small companies, individuals, and institutions decide
to disobey a law they feel is unjust?
There is an old military adage- officers should never give an order they know will not be
obeyed. It appears the Obama administration passed a regulation they knew would not
only be disobeyed but difficult to enforce.
Hypothetically speaking, what can the administration do if large numbers of involved
entities refuse to obey the regulation, refuse to pay the fines, or even cancel their
insurance? Worse, what if the business community and masses of people just says
no to the whole act?
How many people are they going to criminalize over this?
How many companies are they going to drive into bankruptcy or people are they willing
to imprison over the mandate or the act itself?
The Affordable Care Act is proving to be an unnecessary burden on society and an
albatross around the president’s neck.

Obama: The Affirmative Action President

Years from now, historians may regard the 2008 election of Barack Obama as
an inscrutable and disturbing phenomenon, a baffling breed of mass hysteria
akin perhaps to the witch craze of the Middle Ages. How, they will wonder,
did a man so devoid of professional accomplishment beguile so many into
thinking he could manage the world's largest economy, direct the world's
most powerful military, execute the world's most consequential job?
Imagine a future historian examining Obama's pre-presidential life: ushered
into and through the Ivy League despite unremarkable grades and test scores
along the way; a cushy non-job as a "community organizer"; a brief career
as a state legislator devoid of legislative achievement (and in fact nearly
devoid of his attention, so often did he vote "present") ; and finally an
unaccomplished single term in the United States Senate, the entirety of
which was devoted to his presidential ambitions. He left no academic legacy
in academia, authored no signature legislation as a legislator.
And then there is the matter of his troubling associations: the
white-hating, America-loathing preacher who for decades served as Obama's
"spiritual mentor"; a real-life, actual terrorist who served as Obama's
colleague and political sponsor. It is easy to imagine a future historian
looking at it all and asking: how on Earth was such a man elected
president?
Not content to wait for history, the incomparable Norman Podhoretz
addressed the question recently in the Wall Street Journal:
To be sure, no white candidate who had close associations with an outspoken
hater of America like Jeremiah Wright and an unrepentant terrorist like
Bill Ayers, would have lasted a single day. But because Mr. Obama was
black, and therefore entitled in the eyes of liberaldom to have hung out
with protesters against various American injustices, even if they were a
bit extreme, he was given a pass.
Let that sink in: Obama was given a pass -- held to a lower standard --
because of the color of his skin. Podhoretz continues:
And in any case, what did such ancient history matter when he was also so
articulate and elegant and (as he himself had said) "non-threatening," all
of which gave him a fighting chance to become the first black president and
thereby to lay the curse of racism to rest?
Podhoretz puts his finger, I think, on the animating pulse of the Obama
phenomenon -- affirmative action. Not in the legal sense, of course. But
certainly in the motivating sentiment behind all affirmative action laws
and regulations, which are designed primarily to make white people, and
especially white liberals, feel good about themselves.
Unfortunately, minorities often suffer so that whites can pat themselves on
the back. Liberals routinely admit minorities to schools for which they are
not qualified, yet take no responsibility for the inevitable poor
performance and high drop-out rates which follow. Liberals don't care if
these minority students fail; liberals aren't around to witness the
emotional devastation and deflated self esteem resulting from the racist
policy that is affirmative action. Yes, racist.
Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his
skin -- that's affirmative action in a nutshell, and if that isn't racism,
then nothing is. And that is what America did to Obama.
True, Obama himself was never troubled by his lack of achievements, but why
would he be? As many have noted, Obama was told he was good enough for
Columbia despite undistinguished grades at Occidental; he was told he was
good enough for the US Senate despite a mediocre record in Illinois ; he was
told he was good enough to be president despite no record at all in the
Senate. All his life, every step of the way, Obama was told he was good
enough for the next step, in spite of ample evidence to the contrary. What
could this breed if not the sort of empty narcissism on display every time
Obama speaks?
In 2008, many who agreed that he lacked executive qualifications
nonetheless raved about Obama's oratory skills, intellect, and cool
character. Those people -- conservatives included -- ought now to be deeply
embarrassed. The man thinks and speaks in the hoariest of clich�s, and
that's when he has his teleprompter in front of him; when the prompter is
absent he can barely think or speak at all.***Not one original idea has
ever issued from his mouth -- it's all warmed-over Marxism of the kind that
has failed over and over again for 100 years.*
And what about his character? Obama is constantly blaming anything and
everything else for his troubles. Bush did it; it was bad luck; I inherited
this mess. It is embarrassing to see a president so willing to advertise
his own powerlessness, so comfortable with his own incompetence. But
really, what were we to expect? The man has never been responsible for
anything, so how do we expect him to act responsibly?
In short: our president is a small and small-minded man, with neither the
temperament nor the intellect to handle his job. *When you understand that,
and only when you understand that, will the current erosion of liberty and
prosperity make sense. It could not have gone otherwise with such a man in
the Oval Office.*

A "deadly" article regarding Obama, at the Wall Street Journal, which today is
the most widely circulated newspaper in America?
Article from the Wall Street Journal - by Eddie Sessions:
"I have this theory about Barack Obama. I think he's led a kind of make-believe
life in which money was provided and doors were opened because at some
point early on somebody or some group took a look at this tall, good looking,
half-white, half-black, young man with an exotic African/Muslim name and
concluded he could be guided toward a life in politics where his facile speaking
skills could even put him in the White House.
In a very real way, he has been a young man in a very big hurry. Who else do
you know has written two memoirs before the age of 45? "Dreams of My Father"
was published in 1995 when he was only 34 years old. The "Audacity of Hope"
followed in 2006. If, indeed, he did write them himself. There are some who think
that his mentor and friend, Bill Ayers, a man who calls himself a "communist
with a small 'c'" was the real author.
His political skills consisted of rarely voting on anything that might be deemed
controversial. He went from a legislator in the Illinois legislature to the Senator
from that state because he had the good fortune of having Mayor Daley's
formidable political machine at his disposal.
He was in the U.S. Senate so briefly that his bid for the presidency was either
an act of astonishing self-confidence or part of some greater game plan that
had been determined before he first stepped foot in the Capital. How, many
must wonder, was he selected to be a 2004 keynote speaker at the Democrat
convention that nominated John Kerry when virtually no one had ever even heard
of him before?
He outmaneuvered Hillary Clinton in primaries. He took Iowa by storm. A
charming young man, an anomaly in the state with a very small black population,
he oozed "cool" in a place where agriculture was the antithesis of cool. He
dazzled the locals. And he had an army of volunteers drawn to a charisma that
hid any real substance.
And then he had the great good fortune of having the Republicans select one
of the most inept candidates for the presidency since Bob Dole. And then John
McCain did something crazy. He picked Sarah Palin, an unknown female
governor from the very distant state of Alaska. It was a ticket that was
reminiscent of 1984's Walter Mondale and Geraldine Ferraro and they went
down to defeat.
The mainstream political media fell in love with him. It was a schoolgirl crush
with febrile commentators like Chris Mathews swooning then and now over the
man. The venom directed against McCain and, in particular, Palin, was
extraordinary.
Now, nearly a full year into his first term, all of those gilded years leading up to
the White House have left him unprepared to be President. Left to his own instincts,
he has a talent for saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. It swiftly became a
joke that he could not deliver even the briefest of statements without the
ever-present Tele-Prompters.
Far worse, however, is his capacity to want to "wish away" some terrible realities,
not the least of which is the Islamist intention to destroy America and enslave the
West. Any student of history knows how swiftly Islam initially spread. It knocked
on the doors of Europe, having gained a foothold in Spain.
The great crowds that greeted him at home or on his campaign "world tour"
were no substitute for having even the slightest grasp of history and the reality
of a world filled with really bad people with really bad intentions.
Oddly and perhaps even inevitably, his political experience, a cakewalk, has
positioned him to destroy the Democrat Party's hold on power in Congress
because in the end it was never about the Party. It was always about his
communist ideology, learned at an early age from family, mentors, college
professors, and extreme leftist friends and colleagues.
Obama is a man who could deliver a snap judgment about a Boston police
officer who arrested an "obstreperous" Harvard professor-friend, but would warn
Americans against "jumping to conclusions" about a mass murderer at Fort
Hood who shouted "Allahu Akbar." The absurdity of that was lost on no one.
He has since compounded this by calling the Christmas bomber "an isolated
extremist" only to have to admit a day or two later that he was part of an al
Qaeda plot.
He is a man who could strive to close down our detention facility at Guantanamo
even though those released were known to have returned to the battlefield against
America. He could even instruct his Attorney General to afford the perpetrator of
9/11 a civil trial when no one else would ever even consider such an obscenity.
And he is a man who could wait three days before having anything to say about
the perpetrator of yet another terrorist attack on Americans and then have to elaborate
on his remarks the following day because his first statement was so lame.
The pattern repeats itself. He either blames any problem on the Bush administration
or he naively seeks to wish away the truth.
Knock, knock. Anyone home? Anyone there? Barack Obama exists only as the
sock puppet of his handlers, of the people who have maneuvered and manufactured
this pathetic individual's life.
When anyone else would quickly and easily produce a birth certificate, this man
has spent over a million dollars to deny access to his. Most other documents,
the paper trail we all leave in our wake, have been sequestered from review. He
has lived a make-believe life whose true facts remain hidden.
We laugh at the ventriloquist's dummy, but what do you do when the dummy is
President of the United States of America?”

I was meaning to post this earlier, but was not able to get to it until now. The article below
shows that our City Council settled with this questionable group. If you research this group,
they go around suing cities that have not conformed to the environmental guidelines set by
San Bernardino. I think the courts should throw out these cases and give the cities time to
conform to new guidelines. I find the guidelines to be bogus anyway. It's only one of the
Democrats (liberals) hysteria over the global warming theory of Gore.
Secondly, what is our City Attorney doing still employed by the City of Chino?
I'll tell you right now, if this happened to any other employee, he/she will be
out of there.

The reason why I posted this here is for you all to know that McCloud is doing
this for the photo op and she's already campaigning. As all politicians do, they
get their names in the newspaper. I do not doubt that McCloud got campaign
contributions from this group. Don't forget November!!! Do your research. Find
our what her voting record is. Not to forget the dismal voting record of Norma
Torres as well. Yeah, yeah, yeah..she's for security and all that, but who isn't?

an emergency room physician. He emailed his commentary syndicated

The grandma calls the Department of Children and Family Services and states
that the unemployed daughter is not capable of caring for these children. DCFS
agrees and states that the child or children will need to go to foster care. The
grandma then volunteers to be the foster parent, and thus receives a check for
$1500 per child per month in Illinois. Total yearly income: $144,000 tax-free,
not to mention free healthcare (Medicaid) plus a monthly "Link" card entitling her
to free groceries, etc, and a voucher for 250 free cell phone minutes per month.
This does not include WIC and other welfare programs. Indeed, grandma was
correct in that her fertile daughter is the "breadwinner" in the family. I hope you
share this story with your listeners so that they know how the ruling class spends

But al-Awlaki’s death in a U.S. drone strike, along with that of fellow propagandist
Samir Khan, hasn’t ended the years-long problem of Islamist militant recruitment.

The Obama administration has made a point of trying to fight radicalization through
the Internet as part of its counterterrorism strategy. But the diverse and broad network
of websites and social media has proved hard to crack, and civil liberties concerns
have tempered efforts to spy on communications.
“The struggle against Al Qaeda will remain, in part, a battle of ideas,” Rand Corp.
analyst Seth Jones wrote in a Sept. 30 commentary for the BBC. “Al Qaeda and
individuals like Awlaki may represent a fringe group of extremists, but their message
must be more effectively countered. That is something drone strikes cannot do.”
Social media have been a particular problem, because users have adapted new
forms of communication to fit the new formats. Many Arabic speakers on Facebook,
Twitter, MySpace and other sites use what’s known as Arabizi, a form of colloquial
Arabic written in the Latin alphabet and numbers instead of the traditional Arabic
alphabet, allowing them to use a standard English-language keyboard to type their
messages. But there’s no standard version of Arabizi. It varies from country to country,
even among groups within countries and is affected by
differences in dialect.
Officials know that buried in the vast network of online communications are messages
from Al Qaeda and other militant groups seeking recruits to launch terrorist attacks.
“The Internet has become an important resource for disseminating terrorist propaganda
and instructions to young persons [who] might not otherwise have direct contact with
group recruiters or supporters,” a 2009 study for the Homeland Security Department found. “The Internet is accessible, cheap and anonymous.
It offers terrorists a variety of mediums to disseminatemessages and provides
connections to recruiters and recruits that might not otherwise be possible.”
“In recent years,” the study concluded, “there have been reports of a growing trend by
which young persons have the potential to self-radicalize through the use of the Internet.”
The study recommended that officials get a better handle on the tools, techniques
and methods terrorists are using. But for years, the efforts to combat this radicalization
have lagged behind the militants’ ability to broaden the scope of their communications.
To aid the counterterrorism efforts, a Herndon, Va.-based company, Basis Technology,
has developed software that can analyze and map Arabic chat on social media. The
Rosette Chat Translator first uses an algorithmic approach to produce possible English
translations of Arabizi writing, then the software zeroes in on the exact meaning by
comparing the language to a database of previous chats.The software — a version of
which is already used by Google and Yahoo to translate foreign-language documents
and Web pages — also is capable of analyzing writers’ origins through their specific
dialects.
“Up to this point, there’s been no way for the intelligence community to analyze that
text,” said Joel Ross, a former CIA official who’s now Basis Technology’s vice president
for defense and intelligence services. The product has been commercially available only
since this summer. The company is also working on a Persian-language version and is
pitching the software to the intelligence community, Ross said.“We’re trying to work out
with them now how to get it into their hands,” he said.Meanwhile, the Obama
administration has struggled with monitoring online communications, especially
notes that “mass media and the Internet in particular have emerged as enablers for
terrorist planning, facilitation and communication, and we will continue to counter
terrorists’ ability to exploit them.” It also emphasizes the efforts would be “narrowly
tailored” to protect civil liberties.The strategy also depends heavily on working with
Muslim community groups in the United States.And that approach has drawn criticism
from some lawmakers who want more concrete efforts.
Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Joe
Lieberman (I-Conn.) and the panel’s ranking Republican, Sen. Susan Collins of
Maine, said the administration’s strategy does not adequately address the problem.
“Even the most successful engagement strategy will fail to reach these kinds of individuals
who are disengaged and find encouragement and validation for radicalization online,” the
senators wrote. “We recommend that the forthcoming implementation plan have an
appendix devoted specifically to countering online radicalization. This strategy
should include plans to encourage the private sector to aid the numerous Muslim-American
groups and community leaders who oppose Islamist extremism in setting up and
maintaining their own professional-quality Internet platforms to counter the terrorist
message.”

Background
The Boeing Company decided in 2009 to expand its 787 Dreamliner aircraft
production capacity outside of Washington State by investing in a new assembly
plant in South Carolina. Boeing’s workforce in Washington is heavily unionized,
whereas South Carolina is a Right-to-Work state. Boeing created about 1,000 jobs
at the new South Carolina facility, none of which were at the expense of jobs in
Washington.
On April 20, NLRB Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon filed an unfair labor
practice complaint against Boeing. It alleged that the company discriminated
against union employees in Washington State by hiring employees at the new
South Carolina plant. The NLRB called Boeing’s action a “transfer” of some
Dreamliner work to South Carolina.
In short, the NLRB’s action seeks to second-guess the legitimate business
decision by the company to establish a production facility outside of the State
of Washington. The case is likely bound for federal court.
Legislation
H.R. 2587, the Protecting Jobs from Government Interference Act - This bill would
amend the National Labor Relations Act to prevent the NLRB from ordering an
employer to:
1. restore any operations
2. rescind any relocation or transfer, or
3. make an investment at a particular plant, facility, or location.

Democratic majority in Congress is in peril as Americans reject his agenda. Yet
more must be done: Mr. Obama should be impeached.
He is slowly - piece by painful piece - erecting a socialist dictatorship. We are
not there - yet. But he is putting America on that dangerous path. He is undermining
our constitutional system of checks and balances; subverting democratic procedures
and the rule of law; presiding over a corrupt, gangster regime; and assaulting the
very pillars of traditional capitalism. Like Venezuela's leftist strongman, Hugo Chavez,
Mr. Obama is bent on imposing a revolution from above - one that is polarizing
America along racial, political and ideological lines. Mr. Obama is the most divisive
president since Richard Nixon. His policies are Balkanizing the country. It's time for
him to go.
He has abused his office and violated his oath to uphold the Constitution. His health
care overhaul was rammed through Congress. It was - and remains - opposed by a
majority of the people. It could only be passed through bribery and political intimidation.
The Louisiana Purchase, the Cornhusker Kickback, the $5 billion Medicaid set-aside
for Florida Sen. Bill Nelson - taxpayer money was used as a virtual slush fund to buy
swing votes. Moreover, the law is blatantly unconstitutional: The federal government
does not have the right to coerce every citizen to purchase a good or service. This is
not in the Constitution, and it represents an unprecedented expansion of power.
Yet Obamacare's most pernicious aspect is its federal funding of abortion. Pro-lifers
are now compelled to have their tax dollars used to subsidize insurance plans that
allow for the murder of unborn children. This is more than state-sanctioned infanticide.
It violates the conscience rights of religious citizens. Traditionalists - evangelicals,
Catholics, Baptists, Muslims, Orthodox Jews - have been made complicit in an
abomination that goes against their deepest religious values. As the law is
implemented (as in Pennsylvania ), the consequences of the abortion provisions
will become increasingly apparent. The result will be a cultural civil war.
Pro-lifers will become deeply alienated from society; among many, a secession
of the heart is taking place.
Mr. Obama is waging a frontal assault on property rights. The BP oil spill is a
case in point. BP clearly is responsible for the spill and its massive economic
and environmental damage to the Gulf. There is a legal process for claims to be
adjudicated, but Mr. Obama has behaved more like Mr. Chavez or Russia's Vladimir
Putin: He has bullied BP into setting up a $20 billion compensation fund administered
by an Obama appointee. In other words, the assets of a private company are to be
raided to serve a political agenda. Billions will be dispensed arbitrarily in compensation
to oil-spill victims - much of it to Democratic constituents. This is cronyism and
creeping authoritarianism.
Mr. Obama's multicultural socialism seeks to eradicate traditional America . He
has created a command-and-control health care system. He has essentially
nationalized the big banks, the financial sector, the automakers, and the student
loan industry. He next wants to pass "cap-and-trade", which would bring industry
and manufacturing under the heel of big government. The state is intervening in every
aspect of American life - beyond its constitutionally delegated bounds. Under
Mr. Obama, the Constitution has become a meaningless scrap of paper.
To provide the shock troops for his socialist takeover, Mr. Obama calls for
"comprehensive immigration reform" - granting amnesty to 12 million to 20
million illegal aliens. This would forge a permanent Democratic electoral majority.
It would sound the death knell for our national sovereignty. Amnesty rewards
lawlessness and criminal behavior; it signifies the surrender of our porous southern
border to a massive illegal invasion. It means the death of American nationhood.
We will no longer be a country, but the colony of a global socialist empire.
Rather than defending our homeland, Mr. Obama's Justice Department has sued
Arizona for its immigration law. He is siding with criminals against his fellow
Americans. His actions desecrate his constitutional oath to protect U.S. citizens
from enemies foreign and domestic. He is thus encouraging more illegal immigration
as Washington refuses to protect our borders. Mr. Obama's decision on this case
is treasonous.
As president, he is supposed to respect the rule of law. Instead, his administration
has dropped charges of voter intimidation against members of the New Black Panther
Party. This was done even though their menacing behavior was caught on tape: men
in military garb brandishing clubs and threatening whites at a polling site. A Justice
Department lawyer intimately involved in the case, J. Christian Adams, resigned in
protest. Mr. Adams says that under Mr. Obama, there is a new policy: Cases
involving black defendants and white victims - no matter how much they cry for
justice - are not to be prosecuted. This is more than institutionalized racism. It
is an abrogation of civil rights laws. The Justice Department's behavior is illegal.
It poses a direct threat to the integrity of our democracy and the sanctity of our
electoral process.
Corruption in the administration is rampant. Washington no longer has a government;
rather, it has a gangster regime. The "Chicago way" has become the "Washington way".
Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is a political hit man. He is an amoral, ruthless operator.
It was Mr. Emanuel who reached out to Rep. Joe Sestak, Pennsylvania Democrat,
offering a high-ranking job in the hopes of persuading Mr. Sestak to pull out of the
primary against Sen. Arlen Specter. It was Mr. Emanuel who offered another
government position to Andrew Romanoff to do the same in the Colorado Democratic
Senate primary. And it was Mr. Emanuel - as the trial of former Illinois Gov. Rod
Blagojevich has revealed - who acted as the go-between to try to have Valerie Jarrett
parachuted into Mr. Obama's former Senate seat. The only question was: What
did Mr. Blagojevich want in exchange?
This is not simply sleazy Chicago machine politics. It is the systematic breaking
of the law - bribery, attempt to interfere (and manipulate) elections using taxpayer-
funded jobs, influence peddling, and abuse of power.
The common misperception on the right is that Mr. Obama is another Jimmy Carter:
an incompetent liberal whose presidency is being reduced to rubble under the
onslaught of repeated failures. The very opposite, however, is true. He is the most
consequential president in our lifetime, transforming America into something our
Founding Fathers would find not only unrecognizable, but repugnant. Like all
radical revolutionaries, he is consumed by the pursuit of power - attaining it,
wielding it and maximizing it. Mr. Obama's fledgling thug state must be stopped.
If Republicans win back Congress in November, they should - and likely will -
launch formal investigations into this criminal, scandal-ridden administration.
Rep. Darrell Issa, California Republican and ranking member of the Oversight
and Government Reform Committee, has promised as much. Mr. Obama has
betrayed the American people. Impeachment is the only answer. This usurper
must fall.

Immigration Leader: “Obama Has Committed a Form
of Treason,”
June 28, 2011 (MMD Newswire) – - The Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is
calling for the impeachment of President Barack Obama for his involvement in the
Project Gunrunner scandal, as well as his recent edict instructing federal employees
to establish a form of amnesty for illegal aliens in defiance of the Congress, existing
federal laws, and the U.S. Constitution.
Obama’s ICE Director John Morton issued a memo on June 17th to all ICE Field
Office Directors, Special Agents-in-Charge, and all Chief Counsel, authorizing them
to decline to remove illegal aliens who meet the qualifications for amnesty under
the DREAM Act Amnesty, which Congress has rejected many times. Congressional
investigations have determined that Obama’s ATF and Justice Department have
been supplying assault weapons to the drug cartels that import most of
America’s cocaine, methamphetamine, and illegal immigrants. “President
Obama is no longer the legitimate president of the United States,” said William
Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “By arming drug and human smugglers with assault
weapons that have been used to kill American and Mexican citizens and police
forces, and by ordering amnesty for illegal liens which has been rejected by both
the Congress and the American public more than eight times, Obama has committed
a form of treason against the United States and must be removed from office by
Congress.” Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is a national organization
founded on 9/11 of 2004. ALIPAC has over 40,000 supporters, comprised of Americans
of every race, party, religion, and walk of life, who represent the over 80 percent
who want America’s existing immigration laws enforced.

This is from Mark Knoller of CBS. The pilots and crew of Air Force One are flying
more hours than a rookie on a beer run. They are tired of it too, and are adding more
crew to Air Force-1, – I know this for a fact because I’m one of the instructors that
trains the crews. Our company (Atlas Air) has had the Air Force-1 and E-4 contract
for over two years and I’ve been doing it for about 8 months now.
Last year (2010) Obama flew in Air Force One 172 times, almost every other day.
White House officials have been telling reporters in recent days that the Democrat
doesn’t intend to hang around the White House quite so much in 2011. They explain
he wants to get out more around the country because, as everyone knows, that
midterm election shellacking on Nov. 2 had nothing to do with his health care bill,
over-spending or other policies, and everything to do with Obama’s not adequately
explaining himself to his countrymen and women. And with only 673 days remaining
in Obama’s never ending presidential campaign, the incumbent’s travel pace will not
likely slacken.****At an Air Force-estimated cost of $181,757 per flight HOUR
(not to mention the additional travel costs of Marine One, Secret Service, logistics
and local police overtime), that’s a lot of frequent flier dollars going into Obama’s
carbon footprint. We are privy to some of these numbers thanks to CBS’ Mark
Knoller, a bearded national treasure trove of presidential stats. According to Knoller’s
copious notes, during the last year, Obama made 65 domestic trips over 104 days,
and six trips to eight countries over 22 days. Not counting six vacation trips over
32 days. He took 196 helicopter trips, signed 203 pieces of legislation and squeezed
in 29 rounds of left-handed golf.
Obama last year gave 491 speeches, remarks or statements.**** That’s more talking
than goes on in some entire families, at least from fatherly mouths. In fact, even
including the 24 days of 2010 that we never saw Obama in public, his speaking works
out to about one official utterance every 11 waking hours. Aides indicate the “Real
Good Talker” believes we need more.
Obama spends nearly half his presidency outside Washington, plans to travel more.
Vacationer-in-Chief spends $1.75 Million to Visit Hawaiian Chums. Obama has spent
over $100 million taxpayer dollars flying around in Air Force One, and probably another
$100 million on his entourage. Obama is just another tin-pot dictator living lavishly at
the expense of his subjects.
And we seniors have to “tighten our belts” because we aren’t getting a COLA again
this year… and none last year!
The above are facts. How can the Liberals defend anything like this. Here is a man
that is in the know and I have given the Liberals the facts. The Liberals can never
come up with any unbiased facts. They have to go to another Liberal website,
similiar to the Huffington Post, to get more hot air to support their twisted opinions.

Geert Wilders:
I first visited an Islamic country in 1982. I was 18 years old and had traveled with a
Dutch friend from Eilat in Israel to the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm-el-Sheikh.
We were two almost penniless backpacking students. We slept on the beaches
and found hospitality with Egyptians, who spontaneously invited us to tea. I clearly
recall my very first impression of Egypt: I was overwhelmed by the kindness, friendliness
and helpfulness of its people. I also remember my second strong impression of Egypt:
It struck me how frightened these friendly and kind people were.
While we were in Sharm el-Sheikh, President Mubarak happened to visit the place.
I remember the fear which suddenly engulfed the town when it was announced
that Mubarak was coming on an unexpected visit; I can still see the cavalcade of
black cars on the day of his visit and feel the almost physical awareness of fear,
like a cold chill on that very hot day in Summer.
It was a weird experience; Mubarak is not considered the worst of the Islamic
tyrants and yet, the fear of the ordinary Egyptians for their leader could be felt
even by me. I wonder how Saudis feel when their King is in town, how Libyans
feel when Gaddafi announces his coming, how Iraqis must have felt when Saddam
Hussein was near. A few years later, I read in the Koran how the 7th century Arabs
felt in the presence of Muhammad, who, as several verses describe, “cast terror
into their hearts” (suras 8:12, 8:60, 33:26, 59:12).
From Sharm el-Sheikh, my friend and I went to Cairo. It was poor and incredibly dirty.
My friend and I were amazed that such a poor and filthy place could be a neighbor of
Israel, which was so clean. The explanation of the Arabs, with whom we discussed
their poverty, was that they were not in any way to blame for this affliction: They said
they were the victims of a global conspiracy of “imperialists” and “Zionists”, aimed
at keeping Muslims poor and subservient. I found that explanation unconvincing. My
instinct told me it had something to do with the different cultures of Israel and Egypt.
I made a mistake in Cairo. We had almost no money and I was thirsty. One could
buy a glass of water at public water collectors. It did not look clean, but I drank it.
I got a terrible diarrhea. I went to a hostel where one could rent a spot on the floor
for two dollars a day. There I lay for several days, a heap of misery in a crowded,
stinking room, with ten other guys. Once Egypt had been the most advanced
civilization on earth. Why had it not progressed along with the rest of the world?
In the late 1890s, Winston Churchill was a soldier and a war correspondent in
British India (contemporary Pakistan) and the Sudan. Churchill was a perceptive
young man, whose months in Pakistan and the Sudan allowed him to grasp with
amazing clarity what the problem is with Islam and “the curses it lays on its votaries.
“Besides the fanatical frenzy, …, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy,” he wrote.
“The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems
of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist where
the followers of the Prophet rule or live. … The fact that in Mohammedan law every
woman must belong to a sole man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife,
or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has
ceased to be a great power among men. … Individual Moslems may show splendid
qualities – but the influence of the religion paralyzes the social development of those
who follow it.” And Churchill concluded: “No stronger retrograde force exists in the world.”
There are people who say that I hate Muslims. I do not hate Muslims. It saddens
me how Islam has robbed them of their dignity.What Islam does to Muslims is visible
in the way they treat their daughters. On March 11, 2002, fifteen Saudi schoolgirls
died as they attempted to flee from their school in the holy city of Mecca. A fire had
set the building ablaze. The girls ran to the school gates but these were locked. The
keys were in the possession of a male guard, who refused to open the gates because
the girls were not wearing the correct Islamic dress imposed on women by Saudi law:
face veils and overgarments.
The “indecently” dressed girls frantically tried to save their young lives. The Saudi
police beat them back into the burning building. Officers of the Mutaween, the
“Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice,” as the Police
are known in Saudi Arabia, also beat passers-by and firemen who tried to help the
girls. “It is sinful to approach them,” the policemen warned bystanders. It is not only
sinful, it is also a criminal offence.
Girls are not valued highly in Islam; the Koran says that the birth of a daughter
makes a father’s “face darken and he is filled with gloom” (sura 43:17). Nevertheless,
the incident at the Mecca school drew angry reactions. Islam is inhumane; but
Muslims are humans, hence capable of Love – that powerful force which Muhammad
despised. Humanity prevailed in the Meccan fathers who were incensed over the
deaths of their daughters; it also prevailed in the firemen who confronted the Mutaween
when the latter were beating the girls back inside, and in the journalists of the Saudi
paper which, for the first time in Saudi history, criticized the much feared and powerful
“Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice.”
However, Muslim protests against Islamic inhumanity are rare. Most Muslims,
even in Western countries, visit mosques and listen to shocking Koranic verses
and to repulsive sermons without revolting against them.
I am an agnosticus myself. But Christians and Jews hold that God created man
in His image. They believe that by observing themselves, as free and rational beings
capable of love, they can come to know Him. They can even reason with Him, as
the Jews have done throughout their history. The Koran, on the contrary, states that
“Nothing can be compared with Allah” (sura 16:74, 42:11). He has absolutely nothing
in common with us. It is preposterous to suppose that Allah created man in his image.
The biblical concept that God is our father is not found in Islam. There is no personal
relationship between man and Allah, either. The purpose of Islam is the total
submission of oneself and others to the unknowable Allah, whom we must serve
through total obedience to Muhammad as leader of the Islamic state (suras 3:31,
4:80, 24:62, 48:10, 57:28). And history has taught us that Muhammad was not at
all a prophet of love and compassion, but a mass murderer, a tyrant and a pedophile.
Muslims could not have a more deplorable role model.
Without individual freedom, it is not surprising that the notion of man as a responsible agent
is not much developed in Islam. Muslims tend to be very fatalistic. Perhaps – let us certainly
hope so – only a few radicals take the Koranic admonition to wage jihad on the unbelievers
seriously. Nevertheless, most Muslims never raise their voice against the radicals. This is
the “fearful fatalistic apathy” Churchill referred to.
The author Aldous Huxley, who lived in North Africa in the 1920s, made the following observation:
“About the immediate causes of things – precisely how they happen – they seem to feel not the
slightest interest. Indeed, it is not even admitted that there are such things as immediate causes:
God is directly responsible for everything. ‘Do you think it will rain?’ you ask pointing to menacing
clouds overhead. ‘If God wills,’ is the answer. You pass the native hospital. ‘Are the doctors good?’
‘In our country,’ the Arab gravely replies, in the tone of Solomon, ‘we say that doctors are of no
avail. If Allah wills that a man die, he will die. If not, he will recover.’ All of which is profoundly
true, so true, indeed, that is not worth saying. To the Arab, however, it seems the last word in
human wisdom. ... They have relapsed – all except those who are educated according to
Western methods – into pre-scientific fatalism, with its attendant incuriosity and apathy.”
Islam deprives Muslims of their freedom. That is a shame, because free people are capable of
great things, as history has shown. The Arab, Turkish, Iranian, Indian, Indonesian peoples have
tremendous potential. It they were not captives of Islam, if they could liberate themselves from
the yoke of Islam, if they would cease to take Muhammad as a role model and if they got rid
of the evil Koran, they would be able to achieve great things which would benefit not only
them but the entire world.
As a Dutch, a European and a Western politician, my responsibility is primarily to the Dutch
people, to the Europeans and the West. However, since the liberation of the Muslims from
Islam, will benefit all of us, I wholeheartedly support Muslims who love freedom. My message
to them is clear: “Fatalism is no option; ‘Inch’ Allah’ is a curse; Submission is a disgrace.
Free yourselves. It is up to you.

Obama critic coming closer to Social Security records?
Judge advances FOIA dispute over application for Connecticut number
President Barack Obama in the Oval Office April 4, 2011 Much information has been
reported – and much more still is being sought – about Barack Obama's original birth
documentation, and whether it reveals his eligibility to be president under the Constitution's
requirement those in the Oval Office be a "natural born Citizen."
But under the radar of most news organizations a case has been moving forward in
application for Obama's Social Security number, a document that could reveal a multitude
of factors about the president's early life.
U.S. District Court Chief Judge Royce Lamberth this week rejected a defense concern over
procedure in the dispute, and Taitz told WND today the case has moved into discovery and

Security number despite allegedly being born in Hawaii, starting his work career in the
Aloha State, and never having lived in Connecticut.
For those who never wondered about how Social Security Numbers are generated, the
first three digits represent the state of the applicant's mailing address. In other words, if
you applied for a Social Securtity Number while living in Connecticut, for example, the
first three digits of your SSN will correspond to the code.
The first three digits of Obama's SSN are 042. That code of 042 falls within the range of
numbers for Connecticut, which according to the Social Security Administration has been
040 through 049.
The national news media has been virtually silent on this potentially
that because of the multitude of questions surrounding Obama's eligibility, his birth
certificate and his other records, the Freedom of Information Act request was submitted.
The Social Security Administration rejected it, and that decision was affirmed by a
district court ruling that found the administrative procedures still had a course to run.
But that now has been completed and the case is before Lamberth again.
He ruled this week that FOIA actions "are exempt" from a local court "meet and confer"
requirement and he gave Astrue 30 days to file "any dispositive motions."
The federal government had argued that Taitz' process to subpoena individuals with
access to the long-sought documentation was out of order, but the court ruling means
it is within procedures.
According to a report in the Post & Email online blog, Taitz reported, "We're now in
discovery, so I can issue subpoenas."
That is a level that no other case challenging Obama's eligibility or birth certificate
ever has reached.
She said she already has contacted the Hawaii Department of Health, which is
custodian of Hawaiian records, about her requests, and she said another recipient
very well could be the White House.
She noted that White House Counsel Robert Bauer resigned that post on June 2,
and suggested Bauer might not have wanted to be deposed regarding questions about
Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth," a document presented to the nation as genuine
when the White House released it on April 27.
However, a multitude of experts have said it is a document assembled on computer
and unlikely o be legitimate.
Taitz suggested that Bauer's move back into private practice may have been speeded

he fears the "Certificate of Live Birth" document would not stand up to the scrutiny of any
serious investigation.
Corsi believes Bauer "felt compelled" to resign because of the growing substance to worries
that the eligibility issue will blow up into a full-scale investigation.

"Bauer sent Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obama's 1961 long-form,
hospital-generated birth certificate," Corsi said. "When the White House released to the public
the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software
and a Xerox , Bauer realized the Hawaii DOH had participated in the fraud."
He said he had been tipped off early in February that a long-form birth document
for Obama had been forged and that the document was to be released.
"The information came from a mole within the Hawaii DOH who had been examining
the vault logbook for months," Corsi explained. "Until just prior to February 24, no
Obama long-form hospital-generated birth record could be found in the Hawaii DOH."
As WND has reported, there long have been concerns about the Social Security number.
"There is obviously a case of fraud going on here," says Ohio licensed private
investigator Susan Daniels. "In 15 years of having a private investigator's license in
Ohio, I've never seen the Social Security Administration make a mistake of issuing
a Connecticut Social Security number to a person who lived in Hawaii. There is no
family connection that would appear to explain the anomaly."
Does the Social Security Administration ever re-issue Social Security numbers?
"Never," Daniels told Corsi. "It's against the law for a person to have a re-issued or
second Social Security Number issued."
Daniels said she is "staking my reputation on a conclusion that Obama's use of this
Social Security Number is fraudulent."
"A person who wants to hide their true identity often picks up the Social Security
Number of a deceased person, thinking that nobody would ever look into it,"
Daniels added. "I think it was sometime in the 1980s that Obama decided to hide
who he really is."
There is no indication in the limited background documentation released by the
Obama 2008 presidential campaign or by the White House to establish that Obama
ever lived in Connecticut.
Nor is there any suggestion in Obama's autobiography, "Dreams from My Father,"
that he ever had a Connecticut address.
Also, nothing can be found in the public record that indicates Obama visited
Connecticut during his high-school years.
An affidavit filed by Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson specifies that as
a result of his formal training as an immigration officer and his 27-year career in professional
law enforcement, "it is my knowledge and belief that Social Security Numbers can only be
applied for in the state in which the applicant habitually resides and has their official residence."
Daniels told WND she believes Obama had a different Social Security Number when
he worked as a teenager in Hawaii prior to 1977.
"I doubt this is President Obama's originally issued Social Security Number," she told WND.
"Obama has a work history in Hawaii before he left the islands to attend college at Occidental
College in California, so he must have originally been issued a Social Security Number in Hawaii."
The published record available about Obama indicates his first job as a teenager in Hawaii
was at a Baskin-Robbins in the Makiki neighborhood on Oahu. USA Today reported the ice-cream
shop still was in operation one year after Obama's inauguration.
Just last month some 11 months after WND began publicizing Obama's Connecticut-
based SSN, Bill O'Reilly of the Fox News Channel briefly addressed the issue while reading
his viewer mail on the air.
Unfortunately for O'Reilly, the news anchor falsely asserted the president's father lived in Connecticut.
In his viewer email segment April 13, O'Reilly was asked: "What about Obama having a Connecticut Social Security Number? He never lived there."
"His father lived in Connecticut for several years," O'Reilly claimed, adding that "babies sometimes get numbers based on addresses provided by their parents."
In reality, there is no evidence Barack Obama Sr. ever lived in Connecticut. He left Hawaii in 1962 to study at Harvard in Massachusetts and then returned to his home country of Kenya.
When WND publicized O'Reilly's major error, the information vanished from the Fox News Channel's website, as well as BillOReilly.com.
The BirtherReport.com website, responding to complaints by Fox podcast customers
that O'Reilly's Social Security claim, broadcast on Fox, had gone missing from the
audio archive, trumpeted the headline: "Busted: Fox News scrubbed Bill O'Reilly's
4/13 mailbag segment on Obama's Social Security Number reserved for Connecticut
applicants." The site added, "Not only did Fox News scrub the podcast, they also left
out the viewer email about Obama's Social Security number at O'Reilly's website.

Obama's newly released birth certificate has been proven to be a forgery. First of all, the
"Certificate Number" listed on Obcertificateama's latest birth certificate is completely
inconsistent with other birth certificates issued at the time of Obama's claimed Hawaii
birth. But perhaps even more damning is a quick study of the document released by the
White House.
Multiple watchdogs across the country have performed the simple task of opening Obama's
released "birth certificate" using Adobe Illustrator – a favorite tool for discovering digital
forgeries. By selecting the option called "release all clipping masks"; one can see what
the original document looked like before it was edited. And what the watchdogs have
found is stunning. Dates, occupations, signatures and more have been edited and completely
replaced with information that better fits the Obama narrative. Forgery is a crime. Presenting
false documents is a crime. Barack Hussein Obama II is a criminal.
With this latest attempt to mislead the American public, Barack Hussein Obama II is now guilty
of the three major factors that forced Richard Nixon from office – Falsification of Documents,
Obstruction of Justice and Cover Up.
The question is does the GOP have the will to uphold the Constitution and save America from
another four years of Obama's tyranny? WE MUST GIVE THE GOP THE BACKBONE THEY ARE

HEAVY PETTY OFFICER MIKE MONSOOR, PO2 (EOD2)
April 5th, 1981 ~ September 29th, 2009
Mike Monsoor, a Navy EOD Technician, was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor
posthumously for jumping on a grenade in Iraq , giving his life to save his fellow SEALs.
During Mike Monsoor's funeral in San Diego , as his coffin was being moved from the hearse
to the grave site at Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery , SEALs were lined up on both sides of
the pallbearers route forming a column of twos, with the coffin moving up the center. As Mike's
coffin passed, each SEAL, having removed his gold Trident from his uniform, slapped it down
embedding the Trident in the wooden coffin.
Now for those who do not know what a Trident Pin is, here is the definition:
After one completes the basic Navy Seals Program which lasts for three weeks, and is followed
by Seal
Qualification Training, which is 15 more weeks of training necessary to continue improving
basic skills and to learn new tactics and techniques required for an assignment to a Navy Seal
Platoon. After successful completion, trainees are given their Naval Enlisted Code, and are
awarded the Navy Seal Trident Pin, with this gold pin, they are now officially Navy Seals!
The slaps were audible from across the cemetery; by the time the coffin arrived grave side,
it looked as though it had a gold inlay from all the Tridents pinned to it. This was a fitting send-
off for a warrior hero.
This should be front-page news instead of the crap we see every day. Since the media won't
make this news, I choose to make it news by forwarding it onto you guys. I am proud of our
military and the men and women who serve in it. They represent the highest and finest values
of this country.
The liberal media never reports this type thing please forward it to a few of of yourï friends...

MEDICARE PREMIUM INCREASE
For those of you who are on Medicare, read the article below. It is about the monthly amount
of money you are going to pay in Medicare premiums in 2011, 2012 and the huge increase you
will pay in 2013. It's a short but important article:
Congress will not allow an increase in the social security COLA (cost of living
adjustment); however, the per person monthly Medicare insurance premium will
be increased from the 2009 premium of $96.40 to $104.20 in 2012; $120.20 for the
year 2013; AND increases to a wonderful $247.00 in 2014. Thank You Obamacare!
Congress also gave themselves a $3,000 a month Cost of Living Adjustment !

Bill Clinton: Former president, senior statesman, liar?

Rogan, now a judge in the Superior Court of California, was a freshmen member of the
House Judiciary Committee the was chosen to help lead the prosecution of Clinton.

He's now produced a book that is an archive for what really happened when a highly popular president was – reluctantly – impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives. But he says that the issues involved were fundamental to the future of the nation, and most people get lost in the blue dress descriptions and parsing "is" and don't realize that.
"Candidly, I didn't vote to impeach Clinton to police his personal life. Whether he had one affair or a thousand of them was of no moment to me," he writes in describing his project.
"However, as a former prosecutor and judge, I did care deeply about the precedent his conduct set for future chief executives who might later commit perjury or obstruct justice for reasons weightier than testosterone.
"Had the House failed to impeach Clinton just because of the tawdry subject matter, any future president committing perjury or obstructing justice for far more weighty and destructive motives could point to the Clinton Precedent and claim his conduct was not impeachable," he said.
"Yes, I know most of you out there in America hated Clinton's impeachment, and you hated us for doing it But take this with you: because we impeached him, today you live in a country where every future president is on notice that perjury and obstruction of justice in a one-way
White House eviction notice – as long as future Members of Congress have the spine to stand
up to him."
His book is based on the actual notes he kept during the impeachment proceedings, notes he
meticulously maintained so there would be a complete and accurate chronicle of what really
happened behind the scenes as the House impeached Clinton, but the Senate refused to convict.
Instead of remembering Clinton as someone who defeated an impeachment process, Rogan
said the historical facts argue that Clinton's White House tenure ended in a dishonorable failure.
"President Clinton denied every impeachable allegation brought against him, and orchestrated
the attempted destruction of anyone demanding his accountability to the rule of law," Rogan
writes. "After their deck-stacked 'trial,' the Senate validated his denials by acquitting him of
perjury and obstructing justice. But these 100 senators didn't write the last chapter in the
Clinton impeachment saga; that came two years later, and it bears Bill Clinton's personal
autograph."
He continued, "Soon after the Clinton Senate trial ended, the federal judge before whom Clinton
testified in the Paula Jones case found him in contempt of court for lying during his deposition.
Judge Susan Webber Wright castigated Clinton for giving 'intentionally false' testimony, saying,
'It simply is not acceptable to employ deceptions and falsehoods in an attempt to obstruct the
legal expenses "resulting from the dishonesty."
"Later, on January 19, 2001, (his last day as president), in a deal with federal prosecutors to
avoid criminal charges, William Jefferson Clinton signed a plea bargain in which he admitted
giving false testimony in the Paul Jones case – the same charge for which most Americans
believed his vehement denials during the impeachment investigation and trial," Rogan explained.
He said on the same evidence that 55 senators voted "not guilty," Clinton:
- accepted a five-year suspension of his Arkansas law license. This allowed him to avoid
the stigma of having the Arkansas Supreme Court vote to disbar him, which they were
about to do - agreed to pay an additional $25,000 fine admitted he violated his ethical obligations as a
lawyer under the Rules of Professional Conduct by giving false testimony- admitted that his false testimony violated Judge Wright's discovery order in the Jones case
Documents Rogan, "After Clinton signed his criminal plea bargain, the United States Supreme
Court suspended Clinton's law license to practice before their court. Clinton later resigned
his U.S. Supreme Court law license to avoid the stigma of having our nation's highest court
vote to disbar him, which they were about to do."
In fact, Rogan reports an indictment was being prepared against Clinton for his departure from
the White House.
"Had Bill Clinton not committed multiple felonies, he wouldn't have that 'asterisk' after his
name that galls him," Rogan wrote. "Neither Ken Starr nor the House Managers are to blame
for that asterisk. "

Received this message in the e-mail. I have read it so many times before, but Christmas
will be here soon enough and I think that it is time to let people just let common sense prevail.
Stop being so sensitive. We are all different, with different beliefs and culture. But we are
Americans and we should start thinking and doing like Americans. Whatever culture you
were brought up with...keep it in your home and family. Outside of your home, there is still
the American way. Integrate...or assimilate...or do whatever it is you have to do to get along
with others.

Herewith at this happy time of year, a few confessions from my beating heart:
I have no freaking clue who Nick and Jessica are. I see them on the cover of People and Us
constantly when I am buying my dog biscuits and kitty litter. I often ask the checkers at the
grocery stores. They never know who Nick and Jessica are either. Who are they? Will it
change my life if I know who they are and why they have broken up? Why are they so
important? I don't know who Lindsay Lohan is, either, and I do not care at all about Tom
Cruise's wife.
Am I going to be called before a Senate committee and asked if I am a subversive? Maybe,
but I just have no clue who Nick and Jessica are. Is this what it means to be no longer young.
It's not so bad.
Next confession: I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish. And it does
not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful lit up, bejeweled trees
Christmas trees. I don't feel threatened. I don't feel discriminated against. That's what they
are: Christmas trees. It doesn't bother me a bit when people say, "Merry Christmas" to me.
I don't think they are slighting me or getting ready to put me in a ghetto. In fact, I kind of like it.
It shows that we are all brothers and sisters celebrating this happy time of year. It doesn't
bother me at all that there is a manger scene on display at a key intersection near my beach
house in Malibu. If people want a creche, it's just as fine with me as is the Menorah a few
hundred yards away.
I don't like getting pushed around for being a Jew and I don't think Christians like getting
pushed around for being Christians. I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of
getting pushed around, period. I have no idea where the concept came from that America is
an explicitly atheist country. I can't find it in the Constitution and I don't like it being shoved
down my throat.
Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should worship
Nick and Jessica and we aren't allowed to worship God as we understand Him?
I guess that's a sign that I'm getting old, too. But there are a lot of us who are wondering
where Nick and Jessica came from and where the America we knew went to.
Someone very wise had this to say:

'How could God let something like this happen?' (regarding Hurricane Katrina).. Anne
Graham gave an extremely profound and insightful response. She said, 'I believe God is
deeply saddened by this, just as we are, but for years we've been telling God to get out
of our schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives. And being the
gentleman he is, I believe He has calmly backed out. How can we expect God to give
us His blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us alone?'
In light of recent events... terrorists attack, school shootings, etc. I think it started when
Madeleine Murray O'Hare (she was murdered, her body found a few years ago) complained
she didn't want prayer in our schools, and we said OK. Then someone said you better not
read the Bible in school. The Bible says thou shalt not kill; thou shalt not steal, and love your
neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.
Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn't spank our children when they misbehave, because
their little personalities would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem
(Dr. Spock's son committed suicide). W
e said an expert should know what he's talking about.
And we said okay.
Now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't know right
from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.
Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out. I think it has a great
deal to do with 'WE REAP WHAT WE SOW.'
Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's going to hell.
Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says. Funny how
you can send 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like wildfire, but when you start sending
messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing. Funny how lewd, crude,
vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is
suppressed in the school and workpNews
